TEAM DEVELOPMENT SURVEY (TDS)
- Provides feedback to the team on a variety of elements that impact their effectiveness
- Addresses issues such as interpersonal interaction within the group, innovation, organizational support, and mission clarity
- Provides objective information about the team’s strengths and weaknesses
- During the debrief discussion of the results, teams will create a framework for improving morale, productivity and communication
- Standardized scores compare team and individual results to those of a normative sample of 194 teams and nearly 2000 team members, providing a valuable benchmark for the team
