Presentation Skills
The ability to present effectively is clearly a skill set that is honed over the course of a career. It is also a skill that encompasses many different competencies, ranging from basic communication skills (vocabulary, volume, body language, tone, etc.), to emotional intelligence (the ability to read an audience and adjust communication style), and executive presence. Our Presentation Skills programs are designed to provide:

METHODOLOGY
We recognize that the ability to present effectively is a key leadership competency, and we approach the development of a Presentation Skills program in the same way we would approach the development other leadership competencies. We believe that four critical components need to be present to develop leadership skills in a classroom environment:
- Skill Assessment
- Applied Practice
- Structured Feedback
- Development Planning
In addition, to achieve the best possible outcome, all four of these components need to happen in an open, trusting, and safe learning environment.
