We have found DVD-recording managers in a Coaching Skills practice sessions to be highly valuable. Watching the DVD and receiving feedback from peers and an expert facilitator offers them information to access and adjust their leadership behaviors. With a wide range of coaching scenarios to select from, participants are afforded the opportunity to practice the specific skills sets they most need to develop.
