Our guiding design philosophy is that the success of any leadership development solution is measured by behavioral changes participants make as a result of their participation. In our experience, behavioral change happens when participants gain new knowledge and then have the opportunity to apply that knowledge to real-life challenges. Our training designs heavily leverage opportunities for participants to practice new skills and receive feedback from their peers and facilitators as the route to the desired behavioral changes.
