SITUATION / NEED - Coaching & Feedback Skills Development

Goal Success partnered with the Ken Blanchard Companies in creating a highly impactful, engaging development experience for their General Manager and Merchandising Managers. Skills practice focused on the critical skills sets of offering feedback and developmental coaching. This one and a half day training solution is comprised of 90% skills practice, observation and feedback. Customized coaching scenarios were created after extensive interviews and focus groups in order to maximize the realism and applicability of the specific skills sets they most need to develop. This solution was initially delivered by Goal Success facilitators, followed by train-the-trainer sessions with their internal L&D team.
