QUEST Leadership Program
SITUATION / NEED
Goal Success led the development of, and is delivering, a leadership development program for mid to upper level managers at Newell Rubbermaid. The content and activities are fully customized to target the needed skill set of the population. The program integrates a robust business simulation (through our partnership with BTS) with targeted inter-personal and leadership skills. This unique program highlights Goal Success ability and expertise in creating highly relevant, global, and customized development initiatives.
OUTCOMES AND BENEFITS
This intensive multi-day initiative helps leaders to:
- Develop personal insight into their leadership skills and development opportunities
- Strike a balance between business, people and self-leadership skills

- A customized business acumen simulation and facilitated debrief
CUSTOMIZATION
- Environment and Industry: Extensive focus groups and senior leader interviews lead to the customization of all aspects of this program, from the business simulation to the coaching skills practice scenarios.
- Population: Director and V.P. level leaders across the globe.
- Instruments and Assessments: Custom 360 and WorkPlace Big Five
- Skills practice: Delivering feedback; Conducting 1×1 developmental conversations; conducting difficult conversations
- Hands-on Learning: Experiential activities customized to reflect the real world challenges faced by business segments
- Delivery Support: Goal Success (in partnership with BTS for the business simulation) is delivering this program to approximately 100 Newell Rubbermaid leaders a year
