Matthew Treger, MBA
Matt combines his passion for experiential education with his graduate work in both biology and business to create innovative programs with real-word applications. By using problem solving scenarios and the outdoor world as powerful metaphors, teams and individuals alike gain valuable insights into how they face day to day life and work.

Matt's areas of specializations include issues of managing growing organizations, strategy development, implementation and assessment, organizational change, and ISO quality management systems.

Matt is co-author of "Managing Smart: 325 High-Performance Tips Every Manager Should Know", which provides fast, practical answers for solving common workplace situations faced by today's management. It presents step-by-step instructions for mastering more than 300 key real-world management tasks.

Matt was the recipient of San Diego's Tournament of Driving Forces Award and serves on the Executive Board for the Business School Alumni Association at San Diego State University. As a certified personal trainer, former Nationally-registered Emergency Medical Technician and competitive adventure racer, Matt focuses on providing a rewarding and challenging team-building experience unlike any other.

Matt currently lives in San Diego, CA, and is often found adventuring along with his dog, guitar and laptop computer.
